Forum Social House

Background

Creating Multiple Guest Entry Points to Increase Venue Engagement (Featured Case Study)

At Forum Social House, I had the unique opportunity to lead the creative and strategic evolution of a one-of-a-kind entertainment venue—merging dining, nightlife, and immersive gaming under one roof. As the Marketing / Design Manager, I was at the forefront of shaping the brand’s voice and visual identity across both digital and physical touchpoints. This wasn’t just about promotion—it was about crafting memorable experiences that resonated with diverse audiences and fueled community engagement.

From concept to execution, I oversaw the end-to-end creative process for marketing campaigns, event branding, in-house signage, and social content—translating high-level strategy into bold, cohesive design. I worked cross-functionally with operations, sales, and events teams to ensure every customer interaction felt intentional, elevated, and unmistakably “Forum.” Whether launching seasonal campaigns or optimizing the guest experience, my role was about continuously pushing creative boundaries while staying grounded in performance metrics and brand integrity.

At Forum Social House, I had the opportunity to lead creative strategy and design execution for a one-of-a-kind entertainment venue that blends dining, nightlife, immersive games, and live events. As the Marketing / Design Manager, I was responsible for shaping how people discovered, interacted with, and remembered the brand—across digital platforms, physical spaces, and every touchpoint in between.

My role spanned a wide range of initiatives: from revamping the website UX to improve user flow and conversions, to designing branded campaigns that activated new audiences and brought our events to life. I developed design systems that scaled across digital ads, in-venue signage, print collateral, and motion graphics—ensuring every asset felt cohesive and aligned with the energy of the space.

At the heart of my work was a focus on user experience—whether online or in person. I applied UX design principles to streamline how guests booked reservations, navigated the venue, and engaged with digital content, always balancing brand aesthetics with functionality.

Below, I’d love to take you through a deeper dive into one of the flagship design initiatives I led—one that redefined how guests interact with Forum both on- and offline. This is just one story from my time at Forum Social House, and I’d be excited to share more of the creative challenges and cross-disciplinary projects I tackled during this dynamic chapter.
